Shipping FAQ
No. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to update the listed shipping address. lf you need to make changes to yourdelivery, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number as a reference to explore possiblesolutions.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control,such as carrier disruptionssevere weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.
We process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days and send a tracking confirmation email to the email address provided atcheckout. However, once your package leaves our facility, we cannot control how it is handled or its transit path.
We appreciate your patience and ask that you allow up to four additional business days beyond your expected delivery date for yourpackage to arrive. lf it still hasn't arrived by then, please contact us-we're happy to assist and will work with our carriers toinvestigate.
Important: Claims regarding missed or incorrect deliveries must be submitted within 45 days ofthe order being placed. Pleasenotifyus ofanyissues as soon as possible to ensure a prompt resolution.
We kindly ask that you allow 3 additional business days after the 'delivered' scan, as the carrier may have scanned the packageprematurely. lf your package has still not arrived after this time, please reach out to us for assistance.
Additionally, we recommend checking around your property, as carriers sometimes leave packages in discreet locations to preventthem from being visible from the street, Please also check with neighbors or your Apartment Office Manager, as they may haveaccepted the delivery on your behalf.
